Furthermore, member of a work team led by one of the most prestigious Spanish Chefs in Barcelona, JoseAndres who is nowadays settled in Washington DC, together with Sergie Arola, who owns two Michelin Stars.
Services for Semon Catering for 8 years with the then Executive Consultant Ferran Adrià. Under the direction of this Company we organised the SpanishRoyalWedding of Cristina de Borbon and Urdangarín, being in charge of one of the five kitchens that were set up by SEMON for the celebration
